Marketplace Rules
Last Updated: February 8th 20241. Any NullbaseMember who has been registered with us for more than 15 days is eligible to purchase a sales thread from us in order to sell their products or services in the Babiato Marketplace. To find out more about the process please see All About Sales Threads.
2. You may only sell ONE product or service per sale. If you wish to sell several different products or services you will need to purchase a separate sales thread for each of them. However if you have any products or services that are VERY closely related you MAY be allowed to include them in a single sales thread however you MUST gain approval for this from @coder BEFORE proceeding. You may be asked by Admin staff for proof of your product or service before your sales thread gets approved.
3. Your sales thread MUST include a FULL description of your product or service, price, validity, your accepted payment methods, your guarantee and refund policies as well as any other relevant information.
4. Once your sales thread has been approved, paid for and published you may NOT make any significant changes to it. This especially applies to adding any additional products or services to it without having received prior permission from @coder . Anyone found breaking this rule will firstly be issued with a warning and if they do it again they will be banned permanently from NullBase.
5. The following products and services are NOT allowed to be sold in the Nullbase Marketplace...
- Nulled themes, plugins, scripts etc (Unless approved by @coder ).
- Cracked Windows/Mac software.
- Single product licenses from Theme forest & Code canyon.
- Any software product keys including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office & Windows etc.
- Cracked accounts such as Netflix, VPN Services, Amazon Prime etc.
- Google Products such as GSuite accounts, unlimited Google Drive accounts etc.
- Anything obtained using fraudulent or illegal methods.
6. All payments for sales threads are absolutely NON-REFUNDABLE and any member instigating a chargeback against Nullbase will be permanently banned from the forums.
7. All sellers should try to be active on Nullbase at least once a day. In the event that a seller has been inactive for 4 days or longer their sales thread(s) will be locked until such time they return and request a member of Admin staff to unlock. If you know that you are going to be unavailable for a few days please let @coder know.
8. Any attempt to sell anything without having purchased a sales thread for it will lead to a permanent ban from Nullbase.
9. "Bumping" your sales thread needlessly is NOT allowed and will result in a warning and then a ban if repeated.
10. The Nullbase Marketplace is a feature to allow transactions between members and Nullbase is not responsible for anything that happens or goes wrong once the transaction has been completed. All purchases you make from the Nullbase Marketplace are at your own risk therefore you should thoroughly research the buyer and their offer before purchasing and only pay using a method that you can claim your money back if something goes wrong. Nullbase staff cannot and will not help you get your money back if you are scammed, but we will ban any scammers.
